Refund Policies
At Crafty Mandy Tx LLC, our goal is to provide custom products and high-quality materials that meet your expectations. However, we understand that situations may arise where you need to make a return or request a refund. Our refund and return policies are outlined below.
- Returns of Customized Products
Due to the nature of personalized products, we cannot offer returns unless there is a manufacturing defect as these are created especially for you, according to your specifications and preferences.
Before placing your order, we will send you the design privately, please keep an eye on your inbox. After approval, changes or returns will not be accepted.
We recommend that you carefully check the details when placing your order to avoid errors.
Exceptions:
If you receive a custom product that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 business days of receiving the item. We will require photographic proof of the defect or damage to assess the situation and offer an appropriate solution (product replacement or adjustment, if applicable).
- Returns of Materials and Supplies
For non-personalized items (such as supplies, glitter, pigments, etc.), we accept returns within 7 days of delivery as long as the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or damaged upon receipt.
Once we receive and review the product, the corresponding refund will be issued through the original payment method and its respective charges and discounts issued during the purchase process.
- Damaged or Defective Products
If an item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 3 days of delivery. Provide photos of the product and its packaging so we can evaluate and/or manage the replacement or exchange of said item.
- Products on Sale or Discount
Sale or discounted items are not eligible for returns or refunds unless they arrive defective or damaged. In that case, the same policies for defective products described above apply.
- Refund Time
Once the return has been processed, it may take between 5 and 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on the bank or payment method used.
