Of course. We specialize in customizations and will work with you to get exactly what you want. You can contact us to discuss specific details such as colors, materials, and design. You can find a variety of products on the site, but if you don't find what you want, you can fill out a form to request that product you desire.

Depending on the complexity of the order, lead times may vary. Custom products are generally completed within 5-10 business days. During peak seasons, such as holidays, delivery times may be extended.

For personalized products we cannot offer returns unless there is a manufacturing defect. For supplies and materials, we accept returns within 7 days as long as the product is in its original packaging and unused. Please see our full returns policy in the Terms and Conditions section.
